All TFL Staff To Be Given Temporary Salary Reduction
On Monday April 19, Chief Executive Officer of Take Five Limited, Holger Eiselt, wrote a letter to all staff at the catering company.
The letter informed them that, starting on Tuesday April 20, TFL will be offering curbside pickup and delivery services to customers.
Due to the presumed business uncertainty once reopening, all non-management staff returning to work will temporarily be given a 30 percent salary reduction and those within management positions at the company will temporarily be given a 50 percent salary reduction.
“[These salary reductions] will allow TFL to lessen the impacts of the recent economic decline brought on by the recent stay at home order and allow the company to remain healthy,” the letter read.
TFL Management anticipates that this change will be until at least Friday April 30, at which time they will reassess the situation and inform staff regarding any changes and how they will be moving forward.
A formal review will be held during that time as well and the management has asked that staff be patient with them during this difficult time.
“Thank you all very much for your understanding and we hope with everyone’s efforts that we will recover quickly and get back to normal very soon,” the letter concluded.
